Knowing this has motivated me to create a do it your self Loan Modification Toolbox system. This system comes with all of the forms and systems that I have used for years, helping 1000’s of people save their homes from foreclosure.
With over 6 million homes going into foreclosure in just 2008 alone, I have come up with a way that homeowners can save their house. This happens through working with the lender and modifying the current mortgage in a way that will not penalize the homeowner, and will provide the lender with a greater level of comfort in maintaining the loan in its current condition.
The system that I have created will walk each homeowner systematically through the process of identifying where they stand financially, and how to evaluate their situation through our predatory and patient process. Once that is done, we will show the homeowner how to design a solution for getting their loan back on tract that the lender will accept. We do this through a series of questions that are provided to the borrower.
Once that is done we then give provide the forms that the homeowner will need to fill out and present to the lender, outlining the modification of their loan. This is also a patented process – which no one else has.
Then we show the homeowner how to present this request to the lender so that the lender will accept new loan modification terms. This is the biggest part. Once a borrower gets to this point then the lender will take over and draft the modification forms needed to make the changes to the loan.
The biggest question for every homeowner is, "what do I do and how do I do it", and both of these questions are fully answered in our Loan Modification Toolbox system.
The other question is, "how do I comminute with the lender? These are large companies with many people working for them – what do I say and how do I say it with out messing up my deal?" No problem, we have scripted out the entire relationship. No matter whom the lender is. You will have them eating out of your hand, wanting to get the deal done ASAP.
